Message from Gil Garcia, the Club President
One way my kids and I all stay connected is that we play table tennis, even though our entertainment choices are sometimes different. With our busy schedules this time together is very important in keeping a close relationship.
We find table tennis is a wonderful sport to help you in many ways such as having a fun physical activity. It helps improve mental alertness that may help with problem solving. Table tennis is available year-round as a social outlet and helps with self-confidence. It's one of the few sports in which size, age, or gender are irrelevant factors.
Many professional athletes in baseball, golf, basketball, tennis and hockey play table tennis during the off-season to keep their skills sharp. Among the many are Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson. They often play each other in table tennis as do Andy Roddick and Mardy Fish.
Our slogan is: "Table Tennis: Anybody, Anytime, Anywhere"
